HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

CONTINENTAL US CUSTOMERS:

1. To order "Junkie Jools™" jewelry online from this site, use the Paypal shopping cart by clicking the "buy-it-now" buttons! Shipping will be automatically calculated in your cart and includes mandatory insurance on your jewelry. If you do not have a Paypal account, it's VERY easy to set up and extremely useful for web shopping, as most merchants accept payment that way. Visit www.paypal.com now to set one up.

2. The other way to order is by sending me an email with your order. Once I receive your email, I will send you my mailing address and ask you to mail me a money order.
PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT accept checks.

OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S. & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

If you are outside the continental U.S. or an international customer, please DO NOT USE the Web site purchasing system (payment will not be accepted). Please contact me by email, let me know which items you are interested in, and we can work out the shipping and payment details. THANKS!

CUSTOM ORDERS

Customized bracelets are so much fun, I love doing them. There are two ways to order a custom bracelet.

1. Take a look at the Gallery. Although these bracelets have been sold, I may be able to make you a similar piece. I have many beads in duplicate and can create something equally enchanting, that will be quite similar, but will also have unique goodies. I'll design, create and send a photo of the finished bracelet for your final approval before mailing. The whole process takes approx. 2 weeks.

2. If you would like a totally custom bracelet, just email me with your idea. (for example, one customer raised horses and requested an equestrian theme) I'll email back to let you know I think your idea will work (most do!!) and will send a price, requesting payment in full upfront. Once payment is recieved we'll have an email discussion about your piece, sharing our thoughts until I'm sure that my direction is clear for design. You may even send me special tidbits you'd like included on the bracelet. I'll design, create and send a photo of the finished bracelet for your final approval before mailing. The whole process takes approx. 4 weeks.

SHIPPING

Once an order is placed, my goal is to ship within 1 week. Shipping time will add another few days. If you have a deadline, ie, it's a gift, let me know and I'll try to accomodate! All bracelets are shipped via U.S. insured priority mail and are packaged for gift-giving and safe arrival! I try to email everyone at time of shipping so you can be on the lookout.
